Excellent bed based respite care for our daughter enables us to continue care at home.
We are thankful to be able to leave her in capable hands without worry knowing she will be well looked after. She enjoys her stays and we are refreshed and able to carry on when she comes home.

Provides a fine example of bed based respite care without which most parents/carers would not be able to continue full time care at home. Well managed with excellent staff, the service means we can take a desperately needed break without worry, knowing our loved one is receiving the very best care.

We had some heath concerns for our daughter on admission. Staff listened carefully and looked after her beautifully. On her return home we found her much improved. Full marks to all concerned.

Very high standards of care enabling parents to have time off without worry knowing their daughter or son is well looked after. This service allows us to continue care at home which, (after nigh on 40 years), we otherwise, would not be able to do. Excellent work, thanks to all staff.

A very good stay for our daughter. She had a problem with her foot which has been well managed and we were kept informed of her progress which put our minds at rest.
She came home happy and well cared for. We always feel recharged after her stay which enables us to continue care at home.

A lovely stay for our daughter. Came home happy and well. She is always well cared for on the unit and we don't need to worry about her which allows us to enjoy a break and so continue the care at home. First class service from great staff, many thanks to all concerned.

We are confident of excellent care from 1 Willow Close. Staff are well trained and care very much about the client's welfare. Our daughter has a problem with the heel of one foot and staff have taken the utmost care to help us ensure a rapid recovery. We also appreciate the new addition of qualified nursing staff for 24 hour cover. W ith client's complex needs this is absolutely essential.
